1. Who we are

MedCalcHub (“we”, “us”) operates quickmedcalc.com. For privacy questions, email contact@quickmedcalc.com.

2. What we collect

MedCalcHub does not require an account and does not collect personal health information (PHI) that you enter into calculators — values you type into input fields are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers.

We use Vercel Analyticsto measure aggregate traffic (page views, country-level geography, referrer, device type). Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly by design: it does not use cookies and does not track individual users across sessions. See Vercel's documentation for technical details.

3. What we don't do

• We don't use advertising trackers.
• We don't use Google Analytics or similar cross-site trackers.
• We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
• We don't store calculator inputs on the server.
• We don't set non-essential cookies.

4. Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel receives standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) as part of delivering the site. This is the minimum necessary to operate a website and is retained for a short window for security and abuse prevention.

5. Your rights under GDPR (European Economic Area and UK)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Because we do not store personal accounts or profiles, most requests will result in a confirmation that no identifying data exists. To exercise these rights, email contact@quickmedcalc.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Your rights under CCPA / CPRA (California residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of that information, to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under CCPA / CPRA. To submit a request, email contact@quickmedcalc.com.

7. Children

MedCalcHub is intended for healthcare professionals and adult general users. The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
